Peter denied Jesus the day before he died and then he got to sit with his guilt and his shame for whole days while Jesus lay in the tomb. Fortunately for Peter (and us) Jesus' resurrection gives us the chance for forgiveness and reconciliation. That's good news for Peter and Great news for us!
