Jesus is...Our Prophet

In the Bible, the prophets held an office that entrusted them with the responsibility to speak the Word of God to the people of Israel. Well, as God in the flesh, everything he said is God's Word and He still calls out to us through the Scriptures to proclaim God's Word to us.
